The preferred experience could possibly have been acquired while being a successful parent, homemaker, lifestyle business owner, or contributor of a start-up and may include: Operations, Inventory Control, Purchasing, Inbound and Outbound Phone Transactions, General Office Management, Logistics & Team Coordination, Tour and Transportation Coordination including assigning drivers, vehicles and routes, Quote preparation, follow up, and sales, plus Data Entry.
Daily physical requirements of this position include excessive smiling and laughing along with data entry and logistics. (Create internal reservations from inbound phone calls, emails, online reservations and coordinate vehicles, drivers/guides, charcuteries, venue reservations, and incidentals)
Our Office Hero is committed to attending regular wine tasting events and other exciting tours while on the job. (Work, work, work! :)
