La Casa Cottage Resort is looking for a new, full-time Guest Services Agent that can work flexible hours throughout the week, weekends and evenings. Hours will be negotiated with the right candidate. Candidates must be friendly, organized, detail-orientated and have the ability to multi-task. Experience in Guest Services & Housekeeping is preferred.
The Resort is located half way between Vernon & West Bank. Candidates must be able to commute/drive to the resort.
Responsibilities will include:
Answering phone calls, emails and general administration duties
Identifying guests’ needs and answering any questions they may have about the vacation rental properties and resort
Taking reservations for cottages
Responding to questions & inquiries via third-party booking sites
Housekeeping and laundry tasks as required
Helping on-site guests with questions, problems and additional requests
Successful candidate must:
Be in Kelowna or Vernon, and able to commute to La Casa Resort.
Be in possession of a driver’s license as this is required for some tasks.
Be flexible and able to work over weekends and evenings (including holidays).
Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Have customer service experience – reservations/ sales experience would be an advantage!
Have the ability to learn new software equipment quickly.
Be flexible to work in housekeeping as required.
Be able to commute to the resort.
