I had difficulties finding spare Segway Gen. 1 keys for my two Segways. I therefore acquired an ibutton coding device and the necessary software to create codes for Gen. 1 Segways.
So, I can now create keys for any Segway as long as I have the basic 16 digit code specific to individual Segways.
I can read this code from any working Segway key, and change driving speed and turning speed according to the owner's wishes. The colour of the key holder is immaterial.
Therefore, if you have a working key, or the key codes for your Segway, I can make you any number of copies. Personally, I never use the black or yellow keys, so I have re-coded them to be configured like the red key, so I have plenty of spares.
I will need you to send me a working key, or email me the code. I charge $30.00 for a brand new key (holder is green), and $15.00 for the re-coding of one of your keys. You pay postage both ways.
