We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as an Administration & Bookkeeping Assistant. This position involves a combination of office administration, bookkeeping, and general support duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Record everyday packing house and farm logistics.
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
Assist with government remittances (GST, PST, payroll deductions, etc.).
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Manage office supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate records and confidential information.
Assist management with reports, documents, and other office tasks as required.
