Hi my name is les and I'm offering labor free renovations to your house or houses and or business. I have for 35 years been renovating homes and businesses. From framing houses decks fences pergolas and additions. To siding, flooring, tiling, drywall, and painting, aswell as landscaping. Im looking for low rent in exchange for up to a years worth of work. My wife and I are also ex building managers.
