Looking for a UBCO student wanting to share a basement suite with another student for Fall/Winter 2026/27. The room hosts a king bed, desk, 2 closets, storage, linens/bedding/towels included. The suite is equipped with dedicated bathroom with toiletries included. Just bring your clothes. There is a kitchen nook with microwave, kettle, coffee, toaster only. There is a dining area, large rec room and TV room. The fastest Wifi available and cable included. 4 minute walk to free transit for students and 5 minute ride to UBCO. This is our 4th year hosting students with great success.
