Primary Responsibilities:
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Completing Underwriting Requirement tasks to get the client approved for their coverage
• Attend weekly team building workshops for management development positions
• Energetic leadership throughout team development
• Distributes all benefit enrolment materials and determines eligibility
• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Presenting and explaining insurance products and benefits packages over virtual video calls
• Completing applications for insurance products
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions to improve throughout your career
