NOTE: THESE CONDOMINIUMS ARE LOCATED AT LAKE OKANAGAN RESORT WHICH IS IN A SCENIC VACATION AREA ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE LAKE 15 MINUTES NORTH OF THE HIGHWAY AND ANOTHER 5 MINUTES ACROSS THE BRIDGE INTO DOWNTOWN KELOWNA. There is absolutely no commercial development along Westside Road until you get to the highway junction in West Kelowna.

Suites are designed as vacation/hotel-style rentals and are supplied with all the necessary bedding needs, bath, cooking, laundry and cleaning supplies/equipment. Kitchens are supplied with cooking essentials, small appliances, cookware, cutlery, coffee/tea, condiments, cooking oil, spices, etc., so all you really need is groceries to enjoy your holiday. Living area and all three bedrooms with cable tv. The large outdoor covered patio overlooking the lake has a dining set for 6. This home is also available through AirBnB.
This is an exceptionally quiet setting with unobstructed, panoramic lake views from the living, dining, kitchen areas, master suite, and large covered patio. Nicely finished in a warm western theme with granite counters throughout the home. Great design with a large island kitchen with breakfast bar, 9' ceilings, two master suites, one with direct patio access and king bed, 3 full bathrooms. Resort facilities currently available include clubhouse restaurant with pick-up/delivery (“take n bake”) off-season service, use of boat/trailer storage areas, a 9-hole par-3 golf course (irons/putter/balls/tees provided in each suite), walking trails, tennis/basketball/ball hockey courts with night lighting, outdoor kids play area, and spectacular views everywhere. Fishing? The newer Resort marina has reasonably priced daily slip rentals if you bring your own boat and boat/trailer storage is available. Outdoor pools normally begin operation by Victoria Day long weekend along with the boat rental shop.
The Resort (Lake Okanagan Resort at 2751 Westside Road) is only a 15 minute drive to Highway 97 along scenic Westside Road and only another 5 minutes over the bridge into downtown Kelowna or over to West Kelowna shopping, services, wineries, etc. The Westside Road area is a beautifully rugged coastline with its rocky terrain, its own herd of bighorn mountain sheep, an abundance of other wildlife, incredible lake views and it’s surprisingly undeveloped character being so close to one of North America’s fastest growing tourist destinations. You’ve probably seen glimpses of the area by watching various televised and on-line car commercials since Westside Road is the most popular rural setting for production companies filming on behalf of the major auto manufacturers because of the incredible lakeside scenery along its winding route.
NOTE: There is a secure high-speed internet connection (own modem) in the suite along with free Resort wi-fi accessible in most public outdoor areas. There are two work/study desks in the suite (see photos) so two guests can work from home during their stay.

The suites are also perfect for elderly or wheel-chaired or mobility-challenged guests with their two large walk-in showers and oversized master ensuites with large toilet access areas.
Sorry, absolutely NO PETS except registered service dogs (Resort and strata bylaw), ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS. Smoking is not permitted in or near the building and very few designated smoking areas within the 311-acre private Resort can be found.
This is a private vacation rental located in a strata building within an established lakeside Resort. THIS IS NOT A MONTH-TO-MONTH, YEAR-LONG TENANCY.
Guests also have the option of using Airbnb for their reservations and can see this suite listed with Airbnb over the last three summers, including excellent reviews, by entering 7 nights from February 21 to 28. Note that Airbnb reservations are subject to non-refundable service fees and accommodations taxes (over 25% in total) but privately arranged bookings are not. All private reservations are secured with as little as a $400 deposit and you do not pay for your off-season stay until check-in day!
This private Resort is in a relatively remote area yet only 20 kilometres away from downtown Kelowna and is not frequented by people who are not owners or their guests staying at the Resort. Enjoy the scenic surroundings and “stay safe” while there on an extended off-season retreat or work-from-home getaway with your spouse or family. In addition, all surfaces/handles in the suite are thoroughly disinfected with a bleach solution after each guest checks out, and all bedding and towels are washed with added bleach during each changeover. The hard surface floors are disinfected using a steam mop (not just wet mopped) as a final precaution.
